All OnlineContacts.com orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail. Your order will be reviewed by our Customer Support Team to ensure that it conforms to your doctor's valid, unexpired prescription that you have provided to us. Most orders will ship from our facility within 1 - 2 business days; some custom/complex contact lenses may take longer.

Are these the same contact lenses my doctor sells?

Yes. We provide the same initial box of lenses you would receive from your local doctor. We offer 14 different brand name (ie: Acuvue, Air Optix, Biofinity) contact lenses that are made directly by the manufactures you’ve grown to love!

Can I use the same prescription for glasses and contact lenses?

No. A valid prescription is required for contact lenses since it contains additional measurements that are not part of an eyeglass prescription. If you have any questions about your prescription, one of our knowledgeable specialists will be happy to help you.

What is your Warranty/Return Policy?

We make it easy to return your contact lenses!

To receive a full refund on the returned products, you must first contact us by phone, email, or live chat (Have your order number ready!) for a Return Authorization. When your return has been approved, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label (which you will use to send the contact lenses back to us) and a Return/Exchange form, which you will need to print, fill out, and include within your return package. Your return must be received within 60 days of receiving your order.

(NOTE: Contact lenses must be unused. The boxes must be sealed and undamaged)
